Thanks for being here. There are many ways of listening to my podcasts. Of course the best way is to navigate this site, choose an episode, and just hit the play button.

However, you may also listen to my podcasts through Yahoo Podcasts, Podnova, My Odeo Channel or through iTunes.

And if you so desire, you can enjoy my podcasts using iTunes by clicking here or by doing the following:

1. Run iTunes.
   
2. Go to the Podcast Directory. Then click on the Religion & Spirituality category. You will find two albums, namely “Cuying”and “Cuying Podcast”. Please choose “Cuying Podcast” because it is the most updated version.
   
3. The next step is to subscribe to my podcast. You have to do this because only the subscribed version lists all my podcasts. Otherwise, you will only have access to two of my latest episodes.
   
4. Another way to find my podcast is to type “Cuying” in the iTunes search form and a link with my album picture will be provided for you.
   

I have noticed that sometimes it takes a long time for iTunes to update the podcast playlist. That's why I suggest that you do the following: please copy this URL:  http://feeds.feedburner.com/Cuying into “Subscribe to Podcast”, which can be found under the Advanced dropdown menu.
